I recently cut a few clones for the members who had requested some. We are in day 4 of rooting and I will post them on the menu as soon as they are ready. We can not hold clones for members and they will be on a first come first serve basis. They are in High demand right now and we want to keep it as fair as possible. Private reserve OG was the main one cut. Well cut more tonight (another 30 or so)

So I preordered some clones 1 month ago… I was originally told they would be cut and ready within a week, and that they would call me when they were ready for pickup, sweet sounded good to me. After about 10 days and not hearing from them I called and I was told it would be another week, and once again I would be called when they were ready. I have called several times over the past month,the female answering nicely enough has told me more than once she would find out when they would be ready and call me back which she did not do…(whats the point of being courteous on the phone if you don’t do what you say? I guess I got the ‘royal’ treatment)… riiiiiight… still haven’t heard a word from anyone at greenworks.
After preordering and putting down a $40 deposit, I expected at the very least a notification if my plants were being delayed. Since that didnt happen and I still have not heard a single word from you I just want my money back at this point.
Unreliable and disrespectful as I have lost a month with 8 empty containers.
For all I know they just wanted to borrow my $40… next time I will be sure to charge interest. At any rate if this is the service you provide good luck keeping customers. Count me out.
? ok im sorry there was a mix up with your pre order and those clones died thanks to lack of attention. We re cut more clones and We have misplaced your pre order. You can come in and pick up your money any time you like. Please bring your receipt and well gladly take care of it. Its a mistake and we wont be doing pre order anything ever again. sorry about that and take care
